Extended School Year Special Education Teacher PostingTHIS IS A SUMMER POSITION. EMPLOYMENT IS SEASONAL AND TEMPORARYPROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Extended School Year (ESY) is a Special Education program for students with disabilities whose IEP Team has determined that, in order to minimize substantial regression and reduce substantial recoupment time, a student is required to attend ESY.Programming will run from June 26, 2023 - August 10, 2023. The week of July 4th there will be no ESY because of the July 4th holiday. (Days and times contingent on program needs)Seeking Special Education Teachers and Substitute Teachers to provide direct instruction to students enrolled in the districts ESY summer program and report on progress.Qualifications: - Certified as required for individual positions- Qualified applicants with previous experience working with students with disabilities.
