Experienced Onsite PC and Mac Desktop Support Job at Blue Code
We are looking for a highly motivated tech support professional to help our company service our outstanding business and residential customers in NJ & NYC. Experience working with clients with PCs, Macs, and networks are a must.
You would be part of a dynamic IT team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service would contribute to our high level of customer satisfaction. Supporting our customers both remotely and in person, and communicating in a positive and engaging manner is our mission.
You will work with your team on solving technical problems using the best-in-class technologies available today. As a valued team member, you will travel to client sites in NJ and NYC and will work with our team to address any technology issue.
Technical Skills & Requirements...
- Experience in Help Desk, Computer Support, and Network Support
- Experience supporting Windows, Apple Mac, Microsoft Office 365, Google G-Suite and Workspace, HP Printers, iOS devices
- Experience with virus, malware, spyware detection and removal
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software on Dell, HP, and Lenovo desktops and laptops
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software on Apple Mac desktops and laptops
- Wired and wireless network configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with backup jobs and services (local, NAS, cloud, etc.)
- Experience with data recovery situations and projects
- Microsoft and Google Email configuration, troubleshooting, and migrations
- Support for collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
- Provide support for all standard productivity software (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and various email and calendar clients. Includes installation, troubleshooting, and user assistance and training.
