Role Description

The Executive Program Director is a senior leadership role at Private Label Mastery and is responsible for leading the overall development and growth initiatives of our program as we strive to become the industry leader in Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) education. This role is responsible for full professional development and all e-learning initiatives across our program, collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and coaching leaders to ensure we remain the most sought-after Amazon FBA coaching program on the planet.

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Program Director is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of all Private Label Mastery training assets and will provide leadership to all teams, including creating and maintaining relationships with executive leadership.

You will provide leadership, set strategic business decisions, develop best practices to ensure exceptional client results, develop and implement service standards, and support the coaching and development of our client success team to ensure excellent results.

This is a highly visible position and entails interaction and collaboration with a broad cross-section of staff, students, and the public. The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in program development for e-learning, online courses, or a coaching model.

Responsibilities

Owns outstanding program outcomes at Private Label Mastery

• Translate the CEO's vision into long and short-term priorities, strategies, and goals
• Leads the overall curriculum strategy and development for a program that impacts thousands of Amazon.com entrepreneurs
• Build and demand a culture of success and innovation across the program
• Actively coach and develop direct reports to be effective in their roles and the management of their teams and functions
• Own the strategic development and ongoing refinement of our product offerings
• Collaborate with the Amazon coaching team to ensure we deliver highly effective Amazon FBA training content in our course and robust delivery
• Track and evaluate processes and methodologies for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency for both new and established course products and service offerings at Private Label Mastery to improve student outcomes based on engagement and improved performance
• Develop project management systems to support high-quality development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in program development for e-learning, online courses, or a coaching model
• Demonstrable and proven high level of competency in building and developing an online program
• Deep passion for, commitment to, and alignment with the mission and values of Private Label Mastery, including entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and online education
• Experience leading the development and implementation of a program in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to innovate
• Fluent in written and spoken native English is required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator and a highly presentational style
• Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of internal and external staff
