Our business is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is suited for candidates that are motivated, able to deal with pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a team of like-minded professionals. The successful candidate will be tasked with a wide spectrum of responsibilities including general office duties such as answering phones, greeting customers and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of e-mails and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Be polite and respectful to callers and visitors.
- Type documents and correspondence.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's mission and values.
- Handle public relations.
- Provide advanced administrative support in a complex work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
