The Executive Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments with high-level executives for sales representatives. They will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and schedule appointments to help drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers at the executive level.

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and other forms of communication to schedule appointments.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are aligned with sales objectives and goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales leads in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • $75k-$100k per year

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential clients to ensure that their needs are met.

  • Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase appointment-setting success.

  • Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and sales representatives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales-related software.

  • Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
