Executive Appointment Setter Job at Orlando Health
The Executive Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments with high-level executives for sales representatives. They will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and schedule appointments to help drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers at the executive level.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and other forms of communication to schedule appointments.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are aligned with sales objectives and goals.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales leads in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
$75k-$100k per year
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential clients to ensure that their needs are met.
Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase appointment-setting success.
Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and sales representatives.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales-related software.
Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
