The Event Set Up Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the set up and break down of all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. in the hotel's 200,000 square feet of meeting space. This person must have good communication & leadership skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast paced position.

Qualifications

  • Takes pride in a great job done
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mid and PM/Second Shift preferred for this position
  • Must have refined verbal and written communication skills,
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Prior Banquets/Convention Service experience required
