We are looking for Event Managers in the metropolitan area for Wine Crawl. The job is flexible, and Event Managers are paid per event worked. The goal is to host as many as 6-10 events annually in each city (not including private crawls that could double the number). You'd be a core member of the team working as the "on the ground" expert coordinating with our centralized ops and marketing teams.

Duties

* Contact and set up wine crawls for your city and surrounding areas * Be the single point of contact for each Crawl or associated event in your respective city * Work with marketing and ops manager on any public facing Crawl details invitations, sponsorships etc

* Coordinate support and marketing materials day of the Crawl * Work your cities Wine Crawl as the event lead * Work with Corporate/Private Wine Crawl team to collaborate on events whenever needed * Help promote the local events along with our centralized marketing team

Qualifications* Attention to Detail * A Creative Thinker * 2 years Event Management experience preferred * Works well without supervision * Flexible (Most Crawls occur during the weekend) * REQUIRED Must enjoy food ,wine, people, travel (all in moderation) * Have a sense of humor when things get crazy! *Have an audience (via social media or through other channels) that you can help spread the word about our experiences

About Wine Crawl

Wine Crawl is private wine tour in select cities that includes trips to popular wine bars, wineries and restaurants. Originating as a one time event, it proved so popular that the Crawl expanded to spring summer and fall crawls and from Chicago to other cities including an annual “destination crawl” to Napa Valley. The crawls now combine gourmet food, fine wine and other guilty pleasures along the journey. Starting late 2016 the company began adding private crawls for special events. In 2023 Wine Crawl will be expanding to food, wine and spirit tours across the U.S.
