We are Metro Detroit Deli Provisions, exclusive Distributors of the Boar's Head Brand and we are seeking a motivated individual with an outgoing personality willing to work to their best abilities. As a Boar's Head Selling Event Coordinator you will be expected to promote the Boar's Head Brand Premium Delicatessen line of products in various gourmet retail outlets and premium food markets throughout the Metro Detroit area. Our mission is to create unique in-store sampling experiences that nourish the human spirit through the love of food!
Job Expectations:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Foodservice, Deli and Brand promoting
- Recruiting, Training, Managing & Scheduling selling Events
- Must have an outgoing, courteous and positive attitude who enjoys reaching out to people and talking about delicious food
- Must be engaging with customers and possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Possess very good organizational skills
- Familiar with Excel and able to utilize phone apps
- Manage our Instagram page which showcases our events
- Reside in Macomb and Oakland County Area, have reliable transportation and drive to different locations for assignments
- Ability to stand for at least 4-6 hours
