Job Duties:

• Handle all tasks needed to provide an accurate, detailed, and profitable estimate
• Complete on-site inspections to sketch projects, prepare scopes, and take photos
• Follow RFP instructions and attend pre-bid meetings
• Interpret construction plans and documents for bidding purposes and constructability
• Recognize and address constructability issues
• Sell work to customers and keep open line of communication,
• Coordinate clean hand-off to Project Managers
• Work with insurance adjusters to reach agreed cost-of-repairs
• Monitor the status of the multiple jobs
• Produce Change orders and associated pricing as needed
• Check final accounting and assess profitability of projects.

Ideal Qualifications

• CAD/Drafting skills
• Understanding of CSI Master Format divisions of construction
• College Education
• Experience with Matterport scanning systems

Experience:

• Three years of industry related experience.
• Two years estimating experience
