Estimate Coordinator/Production Scheduler

STRAIGHT LINE CONSTRUCTION is looking to add a full-time Estimate Coordinator/Production Scheduler to our talented team!!

We are a business specializing in residential exterior remodeling, which includes roofing, gutters, solar, and siding. All our work is in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide our customers with an outstanding customer service experience beginning to end by offering a friendly, professional and knowledgeable face of the company
• Discuss, schedule and maintain customers requests for estimates accurately
• Coordinate Straight Line projects between field, vendor, and customer
• Discuss, schedule, and maintain projects and customer requests accurately and consistently throughout production
• Create and modify documents using MS Word & Excel and Office Outlook
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member/department accordingly, strong verbal communication skills
• General office duties as assigned

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Ability to schedule multi crews and jobs
• Must have Residential Home Improvement scheduling and production management experience
• Have customer service experience
• Have previous routing/dispatch experience
• Have experience answering a multi-line phone system
• Type 55 WPM min.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-motivated with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be detail oriented, independent, self-starter and willingness to learn
• Have an ability to work in a fast-paced office, multi task and meet critical deadlines
• Be proficient in all MS Office programs, especially Outlook and WORD
• Present a professional appearance to provide the public a positive company image
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
• GoldMine experience a plus
• Be a team player

COMPENSATION:
**$25-$30/HR Highest wages available if background check verifies a minimum of five years in advancing production project planning and coordination capacities with little to no supervision in a construction or manufacturing company. Lower end of range applies if less than 2 years’ experience in construction or manufacturing production planning.
