ERP (Oracle) Project manager

Qualifications

• Excellent change management skills;
• Strong team leader;
• Ability to influence and collaborate;
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum ten (10) years professional experience, including 5 – 7+ years of experience implementing ERP’s especially Oracle HCM;
• Five (5) + years’ experience in ERP project management/program management;
• Experience in Managing large projects & associated budgets;
• Experience leading and managing a Program Team;
• Proven experience managing multiple project assignments simultaneously;
• Deep functional knowledge of core business processes such as HR, Projects, Financials
• Microsoft Partner or any ERP Partner experience as a dedicated PM;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or other equivalent experience;

Responsibilities

• Provide project estimates and high-level project plans for client engagements; Ensures that the project & program team is successfully executing the approved project plan;
• Has approval authority for all project-related and Program-related time & expense charges;
• Follows business processes;
• Strategically advise customers on deploying technology to enhance business transformation, cross-selling opportunities, and enhancements;
• Identify future projects and opportunities and build roadmaps to assist clients in achieving their long-term goals;
• Guide Program team on company implementation methodology and provide guidance to all project resources;
• Ensures that all deliverables are of professional and acceptable quality
