Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

• A qualified and professional manner and appearance and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and competent customer facing representation
• Experience in business communication, including giving formal presentations, creating reports and professional documents
• Ability to establish priorities, work both independently and in teams
• Working knowledge of NIOSH single and multi-lift equations, Liberty Mutual Tables, ACGIH Hand Intensive TLV, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling software, Motion Capture technologies

Responsibilities, may Include, but not limited to:

• 
  Conduct physical demands analyses, ergonomic risk analyses on single jobs, production lines, or entire plants
• Assess and facilitate risk reduction for automotive OEM's new vehicle program launch, using software such as Teamcenter, Process Simulate and Jack
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on elimination of risks
• Coordinate simultaneous engineering efforts and cross-functional project activities
• Develop specifications and standards through literature review, research and analysis
• Execute ergonomic project deliverables and follow work plans

• B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics or a related discipline
• 1-5 years of industry experience
• Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE) certification, or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) is an asset
