We are currently seeking an Equipment Operator to work out of our Hobe Sound office. This individual will follow instruction from onsite superintendent or foreman to help along projects.

• Must have experience with operating dozers, excavators, grader, scrapers, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other types of heavy equipment.

• Equipment is used to excavate load or move dirt gravel or other materials.

• Operate machines to spread, smooth, level, mill or steel-reinforce stone, concrete, or asphalt on roadbeds or other job sites.

• Operator may read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans and may grease adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment.

• Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair equipment and conduct pre-shift inspections.

• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers or falling objects.

• Other duties as may be assigned.

• Follow safe practices and procedures.
