Equipment Hauler Job at The Pool & Spa Depot
Pool and Spa Depot is looking to add an Equipment Hauler to our growing team headquartered in LaVergne, TN.
The Equipment Hauler (EH) will transport construction equipment (excavator, dozer, skid steer, etc.) to job sites. The EH will load and unload the equipment and maneuver it into customer backyards to prepare for pool builds.
- Transport equipment to and from job sites
- Safely load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
- Upon delivery, maneuver equipment into backyards
- Complete any required paperwork, reporting and other documentation
- Ensure company equipment is maintained, kept clean and in working order
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-3 years' experience hauling heavy equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Class A CDL is a required
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Previous experience driving a Lo-Boy is helpful.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
