We are looking for a Field/Adjuster for all storms Hurricane, Hail, Wind, Ice.

Responsibilities

The field property estimator will be traveling to perform onsite roof inspections for insured homes within the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Ability to safety navigate and inspect any type of roof specifically steep and high.

Ability to carry 50lb -32’ ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on a one to two-story roof.

Set up and conduct onsite visits and collect field measurements of existing roof systems.

Investigate and determine homeowner coverages onsite of loss and build repair estimate including elements of Property Loss claims.

Handle moderate Property loss claims assigned.

Investigate, take photos, and evaluate onsite to resolve Property damage, prepare, complete estimates for the covered damages.

Knowledge of Homeowner policy for property, content, coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements.

Write damage estimates using Xactimate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
