We are looking for Subcontractors in the Cell Tower Telecommunications Industry. Crews that have 2+ years of experience, know how to read and understand CDs, RFDSs and with testing and troubleshooting capabilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Expanding and upgrading cellular networks by installing and maintaining mounting platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMAs and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
- Transmission lines for DC and coaxial power/fiber optics installation and maintenance
- Provide assistance with testing new and existing equipment. Sweeps, fiber tests, and PIMs may be included.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Working under minimal supervision is a requirement for reliable performance.
- Ability to effectively manage time while completing SOWs
- Following OSHA and company safety procedures, as well as ensuring that appropriate safety equipment is used is a must
- Availability to work in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and changing temperatures.
- Provide excellent customer service as part of our team.

Experience & Interpersonal Skills
- Crew must have a total of 8+ years of experience in the Cell Tower Telecommunications Industry combined between all members. Crew must consist of (1) Foreman, (1) Top Hand, and two additional qualified helpers (Tower & Ground).
