We are searching for a startup minded individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves to achieve revenue goals in their territory. The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales quotas for allocated accounts and territory on a quarterly and annual basis through: expanding business by delivering new bookings and revenue in target accounts in your region, managing complex sales cycles at accounts and building a solid pipeline multiple to ensure successful achievement of quarterly bookings and revenue targets.

The Zinier Revenue team is responsible for creating and managing mutually beneficial customer relationships in the North American region. Using industry best practices and a solution-oriented approach, the Revenue team leverages existing relationships and creates new ones to drive meaningful business engagements with customers. We work closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Experience to deliver amazing results.

What the role offers:

  • Deliver against quota in your assigned region and vertical
  • Report all sales activities through Zinier's CRM system. Use data to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement and for the training and development of your sales team
  • Create quarterly forecasts including committed deals as well as pipeline for the current quarter and beyond
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and sales cadence
  • Work cross functionally to support the success of Zinier customers and ZInier in your focus markets
  • Continuously make us a better company and help us grow

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience; you've gotta love to sell and hit those goals!
  • Ability to develop, negotiate and close customized deals effectively
  • Top-notch communication - in person, written and presentations
  • Technology minded, with the ability to explain high-tech info to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environments
  • Time management, prioritization, and the ability to self-motivate
  • A passion for networking, establishing rapport with potential clients and sharing the Zinier mission
  • Dedicated to giving and receiving feedback in all directions for the good of each teammate and the organization
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem solving skills
  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, Google Suite
  • Honesty, Humility, Hunger, Hustle
