At Sourced Craft Cocktails, we innovated the $278B annual, recession proof alcohol distribution industry by building a Bar Management company to serve the highest quality craft cocktails at scale and built the Non Premise channel – the delivery of craft cocktails from your phone to your unlicensed front door. As a curated Experience eCommerce Platform, we make and deliver individualized craft cocktail experiences that tell our customers’ unique stories for a flawless virtual or in person delivery to make the gathering a memory! We take a client’s grand opening event, rebranding announcement, holiday party, employee happy hour or any other celebration and shape these important events into unforgettable memories.

During Covid-19, our North Star remained the same - be of service to our clients by creating meaningful experiences, virtually. During this time, we helped keep bartender’s employed with over $1.75M in livable wages paid to deliver physical craft cocktails from phone to front door for our Enterprise clients (Google, Apple, UBS, Netflix, ABC/Warner Brothers) as well as B2C with the largest craft cocktail delivery business in the country.
Post COVID -19, we’re merging the eCommerce/virtual business with our pre-pandemic in person business of Mass Festival & Enterprise events that drove 17% EBITDA in 2019.
What You’ll Do:
As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales &
Partnerships. Your main duty will be to represent Sourced while pitching, selling, closing, and account managing a list of Enterprise clients Nationwide. You will sell to the Enterprise account list across all 4 of the 2022 Sourced Enterprise Product Solutions (In Person Events, Retail
Beverage Concessionaire, Parlor Club, and Virtual Events). Our CRM software will track your activity, meetings, and deal pipeline on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for going to in
person client tastings and meetings to help sell Sourced and our different product offerings.
What that means specifically:
● Build sales volume for our Enterprise B2B channel by selling our product solutions into corporate clients primarily for the following industries:
- Tech Companies: Our “sweet spot” in the first 4 markets and we have great case studies with Facebook, Google, Coursera and more
- Services Industry: Law firms, VCs, Banking, Consulting, Ad Agencies
- Event Spaces: Bringing the clients to us, building these relationships with event spaces is crucial
- Retail: Tiffany, Kendra Scott, CB2, Tecovas – Brick and Mortar stores looking to get feet in the door and celebrate new brand launches
- Real Estate: Commercial and residential
● Own the full sales cycle – from research, prospecting to closing and then continuing to manage and grow that account
● Hit quarterly sales goals and maintain clear communications with the Enterprise Sales
Director
● Maintain an accurate pipeline within our CRM, to report on a number of sales calls, response rate, bids submitted, close rates and renewals
● Work cross-functionally to solve for client’s problems
● Physically be present for the first 30 minutes of client events in your area to manage relationships/deliverables
● Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and product development
Who You Are:
● 3+ years sales experience in a high growth environment
● Existing book of business that includes HR, meeting planners, event planners, and office managers preferred
● Experience in sales or event management in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
● Flexible work schedule - there will be day events or night events on average 3x per week
● Ability to interact with employees of all levels in a professional, engaging, and constructive manner
● High level of proficiency in Google Workspace
● Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment
● Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
● Interest in craft cocktails is a plus
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $90,000 OTE

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
