The Embroidery Specialist is responsible for creating and producing high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of garments and textiles using embroidery machines. They must have a keen eye for detail, be able to follow design specifications, and have excellent knowledge of embroidery techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use embroidery machines and software to create high-quality designs on garments and textiles. • Interpret and follow design specifications to ensure accurate and precise embroidery. • Select appropriate thread colors and materials for each project. • Prepare materials, hoops, and machines for embroidery. • Maintain embroidery machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. • Maintain an organized workspace and keep track of inventory and supplies. • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. • Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards. • Continuously improve skills and knowledge of embroidery techniques and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in embroidery or related field preferred. • Knowledge of embroidery machines, software, and materials required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and precisely. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and move heavy materials. • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination. • Fine motor skills for manipulating needles and threads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
