MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support email marketing production for campaigns to drive sales, brand affinity and customer retention to enhance customer experience with the support of a broader email marketing team. This roll will be held accountable to ensure email requirements are met, including proper email template development, best practices, brand standards, and general implementation. Additionally, this role will support the development of automated email campaigns and identifies opportunities for personalization and efficiency with our cross-functional partners. This is a corporate based role.

Responsibilities:

• General Email Production: Implements all email campaigns using Marketo including HTML code, copy, appropriate tracking, testing, maintaining all appropriate documentation, and all other portions[GK1] to prepare an email for deployment.
• Email Testing and Validation: Uses past experience and judgement to make adjustments to emails to correct errors, or insure best and most accurate customer experience while testing emails. Utilizes advanced tools to ensure consistency across all email platforms that communications render accurately and without errors.
• Email Performance Monitoring: Supports monitoring of email performance and trends to provide feedback to Manager, Email Marketing of recommendations for changes or action to current or new campaigns through this continued research.
• Brand Consistency: Ensures all email campaigns maintain consistency and accuracy with brand guidelines and imitative goals by providing recommendations and/or makes suggestions to stakeholders during email development.
• Campaign Performance Monitoring: Supports monitoring of email performance trends and provides feedback to Manager, Email Marketing of recommendations for changes or action to current or new campaigns through this continued research.
• Collaborative Partner: Partners with internal teams for campaign implementation.

Qualifications:Education/Experience/Knowledge:

Associates degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Website Development, Business or similar/relevant discipline from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar corporate (field) role focused on Email Marketing with at least 1-2 years experience:

• Must have an understanding, and previous experience working with and developing email marketing campaigns across a variety of audiences. This includes development of emails, testing, implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns through use of best practices and industry standards.
• Experience with an email marketing platform or marketing automation tool is required. Additionally, understanding of the core concepts behind email marketing and past experience working with a graphical email editor or coding editor are necessary. Experience or certification using Marketo for email marketing and marketing automation is preferred. Ability to certify in Marketo will be expected in the first year.
• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure detailed testing and regular analysis is performed to ensure we deliver best in class customer experiences through email
• Development and HTML specific skills are desired but not required.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work with various teams throughout the organization.

Corporate office role: As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office. This role may be eligible for a hybrid in office/work from home schedule based on department needs after 90 days of employment.
