Job Description: This position is responsible for the prepping, cutting and installation of electrical components into travel trailers or 5th wheels, as outlined by the product blueprints.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for stripping all wires
- Responsible for hanging all lights
- Installs all receptacles and switches in units
- Installs breaker panels in units
- Installs all main switch panels
- Installs all radios into units
- Installs thermostats
- Installs all coaxial cable plates
- Installs all power boosters
- Responsible for hanging light soffits
- Responsible for checking hook ups for accuracy
- Assists with line rolls, as needed
- Ability to clean up department between line rolls and after shift
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous electrical experience in RV
- Ability to detect shorts
- Ability to use stake-ons/crimpers
- Ability to detect different colored wires
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable
- Ability to follow directions
- Team player
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
- Ability to go up and down ladders multiple times daily
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach overhead on a regular basis throughout the workday
