We are currently seeking Level 3 Cell Phone Repair Technicians to join our growing team. Our company provides a low-stress work environment. We will supply all necessary tools and equipment for repairs. This position involves no customer or sales interaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Conducting solder repairs to board components such as IC Chips, FPCs, and Ports.
- Ensuring the maintenance and establishment of depot level output.
- Perform testing and diagnostic assessments to identify cell phone issues.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of damaged parts and components.
- Keep track of inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed.
- Follow established repair procedures and protocols to ensure quality workmanship.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve repair techniques and processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall repair process.
In addition to the above job requirements, an ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience performing board level solders at a large repair facility.
- Samsung and/or Apple repair certification
Successful employment will be subject to a practical assessment of Level 3 Repair activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
