Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team. Job will require you to be dependable and hard working. Job will require you to diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Responsibilities:

Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings. Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables. Ensures piping complies with electrical codes. Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.

Duties

• Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using handtools and power tools.
• Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
• Adhere to State and Local building regulations
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Create record of materials used
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details
• All other duties assigned by the supervisor

Skills:

· Proven experience as an electrician

· Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems

· Excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability

· Valid Electrician License

· Self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability

Qualifications/License

· Driver License and clean MVR

· Licensed Electrician

· US work authorization

Pay: $29.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Flexibility/On Call Required
