- Deliver instructional materials district wide as requested.
- Responsible for organizing and managing delivery routes.
- Picks up and delivers printed materials.
- Aid in production of printed materials
- Reproduces and modifies locally developed instructional materials.
- Designs and creates a wide variety of graphic art and promotional material.
- Provides clerical assistance.
- Maintains effective public relations with the general public.
- Maintains hardcopy and digital records in an efficient manner.
- Maintains orderly work environment such as work area and work vehicle.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others.
- Ensuring that packages are properly stored in the truck’s cargo area to prevent during transport.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Maintain emotional control under stress

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Driver/Print Clerk is responsible timely delivery of printed materials to ECISD campuses and
administration departments, as well as organizing and managing efficient routes for timely
delivery. Additional duties such as assisting in the production of printing materials will be tasked.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TEA certification requirements
High School Graduate or GED preferred
Experience in route management preferred
Ability to use word processing and inventory software applications Experience with personal
computers and hand-held inventory devices Hold a valid Texas driver's license
2 Year Associates Degree preferred
Three (3) years’ work experience in printing, layout, camera work, stripping, platemaking, offset
press and preventive maintenance preferred
Experience in four color process printing in Xerox copier operations and maintenance preferred
Experience working with the Adobe Master Collection including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
etc. preferred Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and CorelDraw preferred
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Strong Spelling, grammar, and editing skills
Proficient typing, keyboarding and file maintenance skills Good interpersonal communication skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized and patient
