E-Commerce Web Project Coordinator EXEMPT

We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Web Project Coordinator to support the E-commerce digital marketing team. The role focuses on Franklin Sports’ website functionality with day-to-day tasks, larger initiatives, and ad-hoc projects. Functional areas include web operations, SEO, feature development, web analytics, CRO, and more, utilizing our Magento platform and outside vendors. The position requires a willingness to learn new technologies, technical aptitude, and an understanding of E-commerce data. In addition, this role will need to be able to communicate with internal and external partners on projects and initiatives.
The position is located in our headquarters in Stoughton, MA and will report to the Director, Ecommerce Sales.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Systems
- Assist in issue identification and basic troubleshooting of digital systems
- Provide input and support for vendor selection, to help build out product roadmap
- Communicate with team & third party vendors to help resolve issues
- Look for areas of improvement & provide recommendations (e.g. process automation)
- Site Operations (B2B & B2C):
- Assist in website testing and development team communications for new features and deployments
- Maintain/update website operations documentation
- Assist digital marketing team & operations team with order management troubleshooting
- Ongoing site updates focused on SEO & CRO
- Reporting & Analytics
- Ongoing review of data to help form testing & feature roadmaps
- Assist with regular internal reporting
- Competitor analysis & requirements gathering
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2+ years of experience in a comparable role
- Retail or Consumer Goods industry experience strongly desired
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Analytical and strategic thinker with problem solving aptitude
- A project management aptitude and the desire to meticulously ensure that every aspect of the product launch is fulfilled
- Willingness to learn E-commerce processes including payment gateways, resource planning, and fulfillment
- Experienced computer end user skills (Google Analytics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Magento or similar E-commerce content management platform experience a plus
- WordPress or other web CRM experience is a plus
- SQL & Data Visualization is a plus
Level of Responsibility:
Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions
