Due Diligence Coordinator Job at The JKM Group
The position of Due Diligence Coordinator coordinates the due diligence aspects of commercial/retail projects and manages geotechnical, environmental, traffic, civil and survey consultants.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role has no supervisory responsibility.
Essential Duties:

§ Conduct municipal research, site assessment investigations, jurisdictional wetland approvals and site planning
§ Prepare due diligence reports
§ Track projects from inception to construction
§ Develop and maintain project schedules
§ Manage projects within budget and/or contract terms
Required Skills and Abilities:
§ Strong leadership skills ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
§ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
§ Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and approval process
§ Thorough understanding of building systems, zoning and site requirements (Structural, MEP, Civil and Geo-Tech)
§ Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious
§ Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
§ Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
Education and Experience:
§ Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or related field
§ 5 years of related experience
§ Should be on registration track

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
