Broadstep Behavioral Health, Inc – Wisconsin is hiring for our program located in Watertown, WI. We currently have full time or part time available on Second and Third Shift. Whether you have previous experience in a role like this, or this just sounds like the type of impression you want to make, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities of DSP:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, daily personal cares, and medication administration, light housekeeping
- Document and chart daily progress notes such as behaviors, activities and incidents
- Participate in community focused activities
- Attend doctor’s appointments with clients
- Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Patience, excellent communication and basic computer skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, if applicable
- Regularly required to lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move 50-100 lbs. (assisted)
