Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, orgeneral inquiries.
- Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest.
- Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guestservice skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Able to lift heavy objects.
- Guest-focused personality.
- Ability to meet standards of appearance.
- Good physical health.
- Self-starting individual.
- Has a cool, organized disposition.
- Honest. Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
