• Verify and complete receiving reports by checking receiving document against purchase orders in the operation’s warehouse management system
• Update databases with inbound receiving discrepancies
• Run reports to verify shipping, receiving, and adjustment, transactions between WMS and ERP systems and performing corrections when necessary.
• Perform research and provide Proof of Delivery for customer inquiries
• Contact vendors to resolve invoice disputes
• Update timecard entry to company database for Distribution Center personnel
• Answers phone inquiries or forwards calls to the appropriate contact
• Other Duties: (In absence of DC Supervisor) Updates DC Daily Status Report. Assists in preparation of third-party billing. Processes Productivity Reports

• High school or GED required
• At least two years related office and/or customer service experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office Suite Programs and general computer proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers.
