JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking Restaurant Utility Staff personnel for a restaurant in the Kona Airport. As a Utility staff, you will be responsible for multiple back of house responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Your main responsibilities are to receive inventory, restocking, dishwashing and managing waste/refuse.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and Restocking - Ensuring that supplies are accurately accounted for and organized is a systematic manner.
- Dishwashing - Clear and wash soiled dishes, glassed and other cookware / kitchen equipment.
- Refuse - Maintaining a clean restaurant by disposing of waste/trash.
- Frequent physical demands includeStanding for extended periods of time
Stooping, squatting, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and bending.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Consistently follows all food safety-related requirements.
- Committed to the work schedule created by management.
- Complete all other tasks requested by management to ensure exception service to customers.
Compensation: $15/hour
Fingerprinting and Background check will be conducted if postions is accepted by applicant.

- Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
