Our Residential Department currently has a Full-Time 40-hour Director of Residential position available. The Director of Residential typically works Monday – Friday. Hours will vary due to the needs of the programs and on-call responsibilities. The Director of Residential will oversee residential programs as assigned and will supervise Residential Managers, Assistant Residence Managers, and Direct Support Professionals. The Director of Residential will be responsible for ensuring all programs on their caseload are effective and operational. This positions caseload is based out of Warren & Washington Counties.
Want to be a WWAARC Director of Residential and join our Team? Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. Must secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. Requirements are either: High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years supervisory experience; Associate degree with 3 years supervisory experience; OR a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supervisory experience.
