Position Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the financial navigation of the company, from our annual budget process, long term planning, monthly and quarterly forecasts to monthly post close analysis and reporting. Additional responsibilities include working with our leadership team in analyzing specific business issues and opportunities.
This is a leadership role requiring strong interpersonal and managerial skills as well as being detailed-oriented for thorough self and team review for accurate reporting and analysis. The strong candidate will drive process improvements and have the opportunity and expectation to help the business make critical investment decisions.
Essential Functions
- Prepare monthly analysis that highlights the key drivers for variance to budget, prior forecast, and prior months related to Revenue, Margins, operating expenses, headcount and other key business indicators
- Lead the Corporate annual budgeting process; provide monthly/quarterly financial forecasts
- Research and identify tools to make our GP&A process scalable to accommodate our growing business needs
- Act in a financial support capacity to business operating managers and executive management team
- Integrate financial reporting requirements for recent acquisitions
- Assist with the implementation of additional financial software such as ERP systems
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function, grow and retain key talent, build capacity in others by creating opportunity for growth

- Occasional travel may be required
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MPA desirable
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience finance or accounting experience
- Previous FP&A or public accounting experience; Healthcare experience desirable
- Intermediate MS Office Skills (Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Compensation Package
Salary ranges may vary depending on location. The general hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation depends on education, experience and relevant skills. In addition, benefits include:
