The Digital Marketing and Design Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and posting of the Company’s digital marketing visual assets. The candidate is pivotal to the success of the Company’s digital marketing programs and will be a key member of the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

General

• Design and develop visual concepts for a wide range of marketing needs: advertising, email, website, social media, store collateral, event signage, and more.
• Work with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to translate ideas and processes into visual graphics that help tell a story to support selling.

Email Design

• Work within the Klaviyo platform to design and compose marketing emails.
• Produce and stage-triggered email designs to support product orders and shipping
• Provide email-related visual assets for the creation and execution of Klaviyo flows
• Design email template library within the Klaviyo platform.

Site Design and Merchandising

• Design, create, and deploy visual assets throughout Cold Hollow’s online store
• Online store visuals will include hero images, landing pages, etc.
• Work with our leadership team to assist them in the design and creation of their marketing websites and in-store collateral

Marketing/Merchandising

• Provide input and feedback in the creation and update of the annual Marketing calendar.
• Work with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to improve and streamline processes.
• Work with our eCommerce, mail-order and retail team on the development of our catalogs.

Social Media

· Create, schedule, and post visually captivating social media to drive consumers to our physical and ecommerce outlets.
