Position Profile:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our digital experience team that will be instrumental in developing our portfolio of web properties, apps and digital assets.
In this role, you'll be working cross functionally with marketing, IT, product and customer experience stakeholders to deliver products and experiences that are customer centric with priorities clearly defined and supported by sound analytics.
The Digital Experience team’s objectives are to support Breezeline’s marketing objectives to aggressively increase web sales, increase web channel contribution and increase customer satisfaction through delivering industry leading digital self service solutions.
This position reports to the Director of Digital Experience
Responsibilities:
  • Work with product owner, internal stakeholders and clients to take concepts and turn them into requirements with enough detail for accurate scoping.
  • Work with product owner and stakeholders to map the present and future state of the customer journey.
  • Develop the processes and models for identifying and tracking all the requirements, steps, resources and dependencies of each project, including negotiating timelines and deliverables with colleagues in higher positions.
  • Create a budget for each project based on scope of work and resources needed. Manage the project according to the budget and identify risks that may lead to budget overrun.
  • Attend regularly scheduled sprint/iteration planning and reviews with internal and third party development teams. Understand what items will be delivered in each sprint and how that impacts the overall project timeline. Identify areas to improve and support each sprint.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and work proactively to prevent them from becoming blockers. Take an active role in mitigating or eliminating impediments to successful completion of sprint goals by holding teams accountable for their commitments and leveraging internal and external resources to improve capacity. Use post mortem analysis to constantly improve ability to identify roadblocks and improve productivity.
  • Communicate with stakeholders including senior leadership weekly regarding any scope changes, blockers, or changes to project timeline using a project summary that is easily digestible.
  • Take a primary role in inspecting and evaluating quality of deliverables and make the call on whether to accept or reject delivered solutions.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external resources.
  • Manage communication with all team members/leads making sure deliverables and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood
  • Understand the present and future state of technology stack and data flow.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of digital project management experience.
  • Have practical experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and trends.
  • Capability to provide project planning and leadership skills, taking a concept and driving to implementation, with a focus on people, process, and service delivery.
  • Track record of collaborating with a large and varied group of cross-functional teams and partners to tackle ambiguous problems and make forward progress.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and context-switch with ease, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization multiple work streams and multiple projects.
  • Adept at establishing trusting relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
