Digital Banking Specialist Job at Habib American Bank
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
? Effectively process all incoming applications for Online Wire Access, Remote Deposit Capture and Remote Deposit Anywhere (Mobile Deposit) in a timely manner
? Maintain and review weekly, monthly and quarterly application logs for each branch
? Prepare memos to Correspondent Banking Department for all tracers, amendments and/or recalls requested by wire customers
? Maintain and update the Wire Contact List as needed
? Review daily incoming wires on Silverlake and get verbal confirmation from the contact listed
? Assist wire customers with password resets, lock outs, search of an intermediary bank and/or VIP ACCESS
? Review and approve suspended transactions on ProfitStars Manager
? Review and clear daily all RDC/RDA transactions presented on Yellow Hammer Fraud
? Review previous day RDC/RDA deposits on 4Sight
? Prepare and ship RDC scanners to customers
? Assist RDC/RDA customers with account lock outs, password resets and scanner trouble shooting
? Order RDC scanners and ATM receipts for branches as needed
? Assist branch staff with retail online banking password resets, lockouts, and security question resets
? Maintain company website and intranet with changes as needed
? Maintain electronic display boards located in the branches as needed
? Review and assist daily with Master Pay/Bill Pay site
? Research outgoing wires, approve wire fee changes via hPlus as needed
? Open, maintain and review trouble shooting cases with Jack Henry
? Review and update requested forms periodically
? Assist and organize documents for audit reviews
? Assist with miscellaneous duties assigned by the department head
