What you will do:

• Coordinates the nutritional aspects of patient care in a wide variety of inpatient settings.
• Collaborates with other hospital services as appropriate to implement the nutrition care plan.
• Serves as a resource for promoting nutrition education within the organization.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science or a related field from an accredited college or university and successful completion of accredited dietetics program through ACEND.
• Maryland State licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist is required.
• Credentialed Registered Dietitian by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required.
• Recent graduates will only be permitted to aid in the practice of dietetics directly or indirectly supervised by a registered and licensed Dietitian. Candidates will require registration and licensure in the state of Maryland within 60 days of their date of hire.

• Requires 1-2 years' experience as a dietitian/nutritionist; 1 year experience as a clinical dietitian in a hospital is preferred.
• New hires must be vaccinated against Covid-19 or obtain an approved medical or religious waiver prior to an offer.
