manage the dietary department in accordance with the federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
assuring resident safety, supervise the dietary department, assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the dietary department and its programs
participate in regular meeting such as stand up, weight loss, quality assurance and safety as directed by the administrator
develop, coordinate and participate in resident care plans
MUST BE CERTIFIED
