Shift premium for 2nd, 3rd and Weekend 3rd shift!
Job Summary:
This is an hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will repair break downs of a die during production times as well as repair unplanned and/or unscheduled events. This position will also support maintenance for general machine repairs. This is a designated group to repair die/machines with maintenance to run most effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair unplanned breakdowns to any and all parts of a die
- Support maintenance with general maintenance on the die cast machines
- Communicate w/ supervisors with issues they find and to assist troubleshooting
- Must be able to complete Job Instructions and work orders as required
Education / Training / Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior Die Repair experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
Minimum requirements (training, experience, education):
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Overtime and weekends will be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 per hour
