Client in Nashua NH is seeking 2nd shift and 3rd shift Die Attach Operators.

Shift: 2nd shift is 2pm - 10:30pm and 3rd shift is 10pm - 6:30am

Pay Rate: $25 to $33 per hour depending on shift and years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Works under direction and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process plans and written or oral instruction.
• Operate and set-up Automatic epoxy dispensing die attach machines (Datacon 2200 systems) per micro-circuit layout drawing.
• Involves working to microcircuit layout drawings; Operator is responsible for proper conductive epoxy dispense and die placement
• Flexibility to be trained in multiple Microelectronics processes that involve die attaching.
• Requires significant attention to detail for production activities and documentation to maintain compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements.
