Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager for our Civil Land Development team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various projects while ensuring client satisfaction. You will be expected to lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers to successfully deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage multiple land development projects from start to finish
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful completion within budget and timeline
• Generate proposals and participate in strategic marketing initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to facilitate professional growth
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• P.E. certification in Utah or Arizona, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in independently managing site development projects
• Strong technical knowledge in land development engineering
• Experience with single and multi-family residential development preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of HEC-RAS, CUHP, and SWMM functions and capabilities

• Local market experience
