The Design and Move-in Coordinator is to make the move in process easier for incoming residents, internal transfers and to provide support to the Director of Sales Marketing as assigned or designated.:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred marketing or customer service training.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in marketing, design, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment, proficiency in Word processing, spread sheets and general office skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • For new construction, meet with resident prospects to coordinate selections, options and upgrades requested for future residence. Coordinate those changes with the Project Manager. Attend walk through to look for changes requested.
  • Meet with future residents and internal transfers as part of the onboarding process to have them select their interior finishes, go over options, and upgrades. Coordinate changes with the Project Manager.
  • Conduct walk-through of new and existing residences to look for customer requests, in coordination with maintenance/project manager. Work with maintenance/Project Manager to develop punch lists and coordinate repairs. For new construction projects, attend final walk through and inspection of new villas to look for customer requested changes.
  • Arrange for new resident to dine with an existing resident. Create name badges for the resident in coordination with maintenance/security.
  • Update and maintain appliance manuals for each apartment and villa.
  • Assemble move-in paperwork for final settlement in conjunction with retirement counselor, coordinating final settlement luncheon and related events.
  • Assist in development and implementation of special events for marketing to recruit new prospects – including open houses. May also assist in additional special projects such as photo shoots and other marketing-related activities.
