Role and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Research, process and administer to full resolution all Deposit Data Integrity functions generated by inquiries from internal clients within established service level standards
  
• Apply product specifications (coding) to accurately complete incoming requests
  
• Sorting, analyzing, researching, and verification of client information using various databases
  
• Review various daily reports for accuracy of customer and product information and perform quality control checks prepared by branch staff
  
• Assist various departments to input and maintenance account information
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve various coding issues with emphasis on Client Experience
  
• Provide backup assistance in understaffed situations and work with the team to ensure all departmental duties and goals are met
  
• Recommend change to improve processes and resolve recurring variances
  
• Assist with departmental projects and bank wide data cleanup
  
• Ensure confidentiality of all data collected and proper storage
  
• Perform other duties and special requests as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• 2-3 years of working in a data entry position
  
• 10 key by touch and 40 WPM typing speed
  
• Retail banking experience is a plus
  
• Attention to details
  
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  
• Solid written and verbal/telephone communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently to accomplish daily tasks, as well as work as part of a team to accomplish overall departmental goals
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
  
• MS Word, Intermediate Excel, and Outlook proficient
  
• Excellent math skills
  
• Fiserv Prime core system experience preferred
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information received

Job Location: Hayward, CA

Note: This role will relocate to Livermore, CA in 2023

Hiring salary range: $18.50 - $24.42 per hour
