Great private general dentist office in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time (or nearly full time) Scheduling Coordinator/Front Office individual to join our fun and hard working team! Our practice is friendly, patient focused, and dedicated to pursuing dental excellence.
Job Summary:
- Check patients in and out
- Answer phones
- Use Dentrix to schedule appointments
- Communicate with referring specialist offices
- Present treatment cases to patients
The ideal candidate is:
- Dedicated to customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our great patients
- A self-motivated team player
- Knowledgeable in the dental field and with Dentrix software
- Able to explain treatment options to patients with good verbal skills and clarity
This position:
- Is 32-40 hrs/wk Monday-Thursday, with occasional half days on Fridays
- Provides competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience), a quarterly bonus system, paid holidays, complete dental care, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
