FT Dental Hygienist

Our private practice in St. Paul is searching for a Dental Hygienist to join our skilled clinical team. Dr. Lawson focuses on building long-term patient relationships and creating a team-oriented atmosphere in the practice. As a woman owned business, we pride ourselves on doing dentistry the right way and focusing on patient needs. Preferred experience:

• >2+ years of Dental Hygiene experience
• Licensed to administer local anesthetic
• Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS and provide comprehensive Dental Hygiene care
• Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays and I/O photographs, take alginate impressions, diagnosing/treating periodontal disease, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management
• Have a deep interest in continuing education and up to date on current treatment modalities in Dental Hygiene

Areas of practice:

• General Dentistry: esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations

Technology & op layout:

• Dentrix Ascend PM software
• Dexis sensors
• I/O cameras
• Cavitron
• 7 op layout

Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation & benefits:

• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Compensation starting at $50/hour
