Our dental practice is seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our Saturday team since Saturdays are one of our busiest days of the week! This position requires consistent attendance we can count on, patience, tremendous organizational skills, and attention to detail. Dental experience is a plus!

Our experienced clinicians offer our patients the highest quality dental care and utilize innovative technology to deliver an experience that exceeds patients’ expectations.

The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:

• Dentrix software knowledge preferred
• Check in/Check out and answer phones and texts
• Verify insurance coverage and fee schedules
• Complete pre-authorizations and referrals as appropriate for patients; gather all necessary information for claim processing
• Ensure patients have a completed appropriate financial consent forms and financial agreements per their treatment plan
• Calculate and collect co-pays
• Liaison with back office staff for smooth coordination of patient care
• Punctual, presentable, and organized
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
