Demand Manager
As the Demand Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning.
Demand Manager Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually
- First Shift
- Coordinate the plant manufacturing schedule.
- Review all material and capacity changes that need to be made based on lead-time changes.
- Primary point of contact for customer service, sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
- Collaborate to develop schedules and plans that allocate resources for best possible results for all.
- Maintain inventory.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinates the availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed.
- Maintain master distribution schedule and make revisions as appropriate.
- Lead SIOP meetings with sales, marketing, and other departments as needed.
- Maintain appropriate meetings with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service team.
Demand Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Oracle.
- Leadership skills.
