Job Description

Hardy Services is a local mechanical services company with a team that have been providing mechanical services to the Birmingham Area for over 75 years.

We are currently seeking a motivated, detailed, self-starting Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper who desires to join a successful organization of hardworking and dedicated team members.

Candidates should be comfortable with their written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, be well-organized, and have a strong aptitude for follow-through.

Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper Responsibilities

• Pick-up & delivery of parts/materials to and from Vendors and Jobsites
• Fleet Maintenance support & record keeping (monthly mileage, oil changes, tires, etc.)
• General Indoor/Outdoor Facility Maintenance
• Warehouse cleanliness and organization – indoor & outdoor storage areas
• Tool Tracking and maintenance
• Warehouse and parking lot are secured daily
• Comply with safety regulations

Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper Qualifications

*

• Computer skills in using Microsoft office and/or iPad is a plus
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Limited travel may be required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

Hours

• Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Occasional overtime may be required
