Raytheon Technologies is seeking a talented candidate for the DSFS contract. This role will provide High Band Senior-Entry level technical support and will be responsible and accountable for the initialization and operation of AF DCGS ground & airborne sensor systems used in the mission. This role will interface daily with users, mission planners, co-contractors, and other maintainers to troubleshoot and correct problems, analyze performance, and make recommendations on system improvements. Specific duties:

  • Manage multiple airborne SIGINT sensor missions and processes at a Core site

  • Operate & interface with multiple aircraft, airborne sensors, sites, networks, systems, and O&M personnel

  • Provides updates to Maintenance Technician position processes

  • Provides sensor troubleshooting and airborne fault resolution; identifies, resolves, and communicates issues with Low Band/High Band Systems, infrastructure, enterprise services, other SIGINT systems; support and recommend updates to SIGINT systems, SW, and networks

  • Provides technical support for sensors and networks

  • Create, update, and respond to Incident

  • Manage data encryption changes and implementation

  • Monitor SIGINT system and networks health/status (Sensor, platform, network paths to include crypto, SIGINT systems, and SIGINT related enterprise services)

  • Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT systems and networks associated with ground components

  • Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT systems associated with End-to-End network paths/DSFS systems

  • Monitors the networks connections between the SIGINT sensors and ground HW

  • Coordinates efforts for sensor/system and network restoral

  • Provides SIGINT process and network improvements/recommendations

  • Create Serena Mission Debriefs; provide status (includes sensor) to O&M personnel; completes SIGINT portion of end to end mission debrief

  • Performs Pre-Mission, Mission execution and Post mission responsibilities

  • Must be a US citizen with a current and active US Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Mission Essential (ME) and must be qualified to support computer operations under adverse conditions.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of SEAM interface; COTS components, operational concepts; CICS SW component capabilities, failure indications, troubleshooting techniques, and recovery methodologies.

Certifications - Must hold DoD 8570.1 (IAT Level II or IAM Level I)

Experience:

  • Must have = 5 yrs of ELINT experience

•Additional Experience (both of the following)•=5 yrs of DCGS experience

  • =5 yrs of SIGINT experience

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SIGINT domains to include U-2, Global Hawk, MQ-1 and MQ-9 sensors and PED architectures

  • UNIX (Solaris or Linux) and Microsoft Windows administration

  • Administration of COTS or GOTS SW solutions (CICS, RIM, CETS, etc)

  • VMware (containers, storage and resources) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc.)

  • SW development methods (shell scripts, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C/C++, C#, Java, XML, HTML, etc.)

  • Oracle DBA

  • Familiarity with x86-based server HW and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with the Serena (ADSM) trouble ticket reporting system

  • Understanding of cyber security tools

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
