What We’re Looking For …
The Pompey Automotive Group is looking for a Full-Time Daytime Receptionist/Greeter at our Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep location to support our sales team with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Take and retrieve message for the sales department
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Create inventory vehicle packets
- Other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
