As a daycare provider, it is your duty to ensure the security and well-being of the children entrusted to your care and to establish a stimulating atmosphere in which they can play, learn, and develop.
We would love to hear from you if you have a passion for working with kids and have prior experience in a daycare setting. You will have the chance to improve the lives of young children while also honing your own abilities and expertise in this position.

How it works:
- TLC contacts you with Daycare Substitute shifts
- You take the Daycare Substitute shifts that work for your schedule. (Like a Substitute Teacher)
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Have at least 3 full weekdays of availability - Monday through Friday
- Can provide 2 child care references
- Be able start as early as 8am or stay as late as 4:30pm, if needed - You will know your schedule ahead of time
- Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this Daycare program
- Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
